| It is used for designs of which sitting part is fixed and back part is
moving. Connection can be done by both welding and bolting. It allows tolerance for production faults of up to 10 mm and hides square disorders. Friction is eliminated since automatic component locks and unlocks mechanism by axial motion and therefore lock malfunctions in sofas disappear. Special design of tongue and dual rivet application, which provide locking, prevent opening of the tongue out of body surface due to square and measurement faults in frames of sofas, and therefore prevent tongues to go out from rivet caps. |
